黄晶,西湖大学生命科学学院研究员、长聘副教授。学术上致力于开发生物大分子的计算模型和模拟算法,以提升复杂体系分子动力学模拟与计算药物设计的精度和效率;同时利用高性能计算驱动抗肿瘤与抗感染小分子药物的研发。学术成果发表于Science, Cell, JCTC, JCIM, JPCL等主要学术期刊,论文总被引10000余次,连续数年入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。

Force fields constitute the most important underlying computational models for biomolecular modeling and simulations. In this talk, and for this particularly suitable audience, I will discuss both published and unpublished results on force field (FF) development in my lab since 2017. By presenting results on Drude polarizable FFs, MPID polarizable FFs, and DP/MM hybrid models, I will share my current understanding in atomistic FF development.
